Hello, just joined the forum so only just navigating about. Quick query, having purchased an ebike Carrera Crossfire, its taken me a year to stump up the will to commute (Plymouth area which is very hilly for Southern softies) I now need to invest in a rear (or front) rack to hold by commuting back pack. I notice that the rear mount are much wider apart on the bike, so a standard (affordable) rack doesnt fit. Any suggestions on economical options? Thank you in advance for reading and even more gratitude for any replies. :)

If the drop outs are 135mm you should be able to fit a rear disc brake rack without too many issues, I have done so on two 700c bikes. One a Norco and the other a Boardman.
If the carrying weight is light then a front will be ok.

I have a Topeak rear rack which is non ebike specific. I have discs but opted for the non disc version which fits just fine. Can't see any reason for the disc version, it just sticks out a bit more.
