Hi guys my mate thinking of buying a ebike kit from ebay looking to buy the same 52v 20ah battery like mine but would a 590w 35amp kit or 1000w 35amp be better for the battery etc etc

Hi there, not really enough info to comment

One 20ah 52v may be vastly different from another 20ah 52v battery

the more amps you want to pull the better quality the actual cells need to be and the BMS capaability

For example my current 36v battery is made of MJ1 cells and has a 25a BMS. this works just fine with a 500w BBS02 (which can actually pull 900W

My previous 36v battery sagged terribly with thismotor as the cells inside were not up to the task. It died quick quickly
