Easy Motion Neo Cross electric bike "Brokenspokes"

hi

i have just bought a Easy Motion Neo Cross electric bike i have been reading on some part of the forum that people have been saying that the rear wheel in time after lot of miles the spokes start to break are people still haven these problems

any information and i would be grateful

Check your spoke tension regularly. Get a spoke key and tighten any that feel loose.
Then periodically check that the wheel is roughly round and not too wobbly! If you are patient follow Sheldon Brown's instructions on wheel truing and do if properly.

I have had a neo cross for 1.5 year.used it almost every day.have not had any problems other than water inside the lcd display.i got a new one for free.very good bike.I think the spoke problem was on older models

A perky motor and the weight a rear wheel has to carry is not a good combination - if you are a spoke.

Add disc brakes and it almost amounts to torture.

A properly built wheel will handle it, but the budget for one of those is often not there, even on a relatively dear bike.
