Hi guys ,Keith here at the bottom of the world in New Zealand.I have a Forza ebike that I just love but yesterday I rode it to pick up my ute about 10km away and then loaded it ,upright onto the ute and drove home but upon unloading it,it would not go..The battery is fully charged and all the lights are on but nobody is home.I first suspected a brake lever fault but I disconnected the brake wire plugs but it made no difference. All functions spear to be working but no throttle or pedal sensor .the control box pas lights all ramp up and down but it’s acting like a brake cut out is on .Can any one please tell me how I would go about diagnosing the problem or perhaps guide me to a circuit diagram for this bike as I cannot find any information on the net..any help would be appreciated heaps
Bike serial# is EF1377

Hi Keith,
Gonna need some more details.
Front or rear hub, some pics may be useful.
I think that bike is an Ezee isn't it? If so then hopefully Flecc will be along 'cos he's ya man.
Meanwhile, check the plug near the motor, it needs to be fully home. It's not going with the brakes unplugged so, have you tried unplugging the throttle.
I'm assuming it didn't get a bash putting on or off the pick up, or that it didn't fall over.

I have had another thought .I notice my Ezeebike Forza is fitted with a three conductor plug on the hydraulic brakes and I am wondering if this indicted that the brake switches are a powered hall sensor type switch. How would I go about testing the functionality of the switch? The pins and sockets are tiny .Pins are about the size of a wire brush strand.I imagine that unplugging this type switch will not eliminate it as the source of the problem Any comment?

Hi Benjamin ,I do not see my reply to you posted here so I guess I have done something wrong.I am having trouble navigating this forum but I’ll keep trying.I will repeat it here :the bike is an ezeebike Forsa .500 watt rear hub motor the brake system is oil hydraulic Tectro Auriga Erub .3wire connection. The problem does not appear to be due to loose or damaged wiring or plugs
