Anyone with advice on buying a bike from e-Bikes Direct.

purchased wife's Wisper 705 SE from them, they seemed fine....if they weren't supporting customers properly I am sure Wisper would stop supplying them.

Got my Eagle from them.

Seemed a nice bunch, I went to the Bodium place and had some test rides. No pressure, all very pleasant. My bike has'nt gone wrong yet so cant attest to their after sales from experience, but I'm sure they will look after you if you had a problem, they do sell quite a few bikes.

I've just bought my Freego Hawk from them. They were very helpful and efficient. When the bike arrived the paint had been damaged on the rear carrier. I phoned them and they asked me for photos. They promptly replaced the carrier. I would rate them 10/10.
