E-bike screen flashing on n high

Hello everyone just wondering if and anyone had an idea what could be wrong with my bike it’s a peddle assist it works sometimes then flashes high mode and motor will just kick in and go off around a minute and I don’t want Halfords to pull and arm and leg I have attached a picture of the screen tia

Does it have a number on the back?

It’s a assist bike from Halfords and it happens soon as it comes on no matter what mode but it works sometimes and sometimes don’t the walk mode works perfect no trouble with it

No just says 24v and RoSh

First thing to check is the motor connector is in ALL THE WAY TO THE LINE, not just in tight.

Yes everything is tight and connected properly
