Hi All,

I have had by battery on charge for several hours now. The green power light is lit on the charger unit, but no LED lights are illuminating on the battery pack. Advice please?

Thanks

Is it turned on? The battery must be on to take charge.

The battery must be on. At least in the case of most bottle batteries.

It's a Kudos Duke with a carrier battery, but I don't know if it has a battery "on" switch.

Try disconnecting, leave it disconnected for a few minutes and then reconnect and try to start the charge again.

1. Unplug the kettle lead that goes from wall socket to charger (if you have one). Plug back in again.

2. Ensure fuse hasn't gone in plug. Every charger I have had shows Green when plugged into battery but not the mains (regardless of battery charged or not). What happens if you do this ?

3. You'll need a multimeter to go much further. 10 or 15 quid from maplin, 20 ish at Halfords and cheaper online of course
