I'm thinking about building an e-bike with two motors, both on the rear & front wheels, or front motor and & chain drive motor together.

I'm still gathering information. Does anyone have heard about someone doing such a project? Do you have links?:)

Is there some reasoning behind this madness?

Hi Roni,

Sounds to me like you need a couple of eZee hub motor kits with a dual battery setup, 2 controllers, 1 EAF with pedelec sensor for the rear motor a throttle only control on the front motor, or vice versa,

What bike are you thinking of converting?

Very possible to create a two wheel version However depending on the winds it will only help acceleration and traction. If you have two hub motors they would need to be of the same wind. If they are not the higher speed wind would be fighting the lower speed wind. Unless you have a cut off from one motor to the next.

It would be good to have a very high speed wind on two motors as that way you would get a high top speed without loosing the hill climbing.

Of course all the above is for two hub motors rather than a geared chain drive system.
If you had a chain drive system the only reason you would want another hub is for traction

What are you tryin to achieve and we can best help you then

hi

We already make a twin wheel kit or finished bike we call it the Ghost a customer who owns one named it after the RR Silver Ghost as it is so smooth and powerful and silent

The Ghost Bike is £3495

Top speed 36 MPH Range NO pedaling 30 miles + Twist and go single throttle
