Hello to all, I have a 36v/250w geared rear hub, and a 48v/20ah li-ion battery, what controller would I need to get them to run together safely, I’d greatly appreciate any information.

You need a 48v15amp brushless controller, which are not very common. Have a look on Aliexpress. Somebody found a nice one with LCD a couple of months back, so search back through the forum with Google.
