Thanks for the response! 250w is slow off the line, struggles with hills, etc. What if I imported, outside of UK restrictions?

Are you sure you want a bike? This one ticks most of your boxes, but wheel is only 10" and it is not foldable.

If its for use on the roads\highway, your dream needs to include not using it in the UK.

I have seen similar bikes to the one above with 3 spoke wheels on the road.
