Distance conundrum

According to my KTM EStyleP's display, my bike ride today was 23.3 miles. I also used the Cyclemeter app at the same time and it produced a distance of 24.29 miles! Any views on which one is likely to be more accurate? The bike's display is preset and I've made no changes. I'm leaning towards Cyclemeter being inaccurate as it also showed my top speed as 44.92 mph when I'm quite sure I never exceeded 30 mph.

Strava reassures me that I have done 102kph.
I think that apps require a pinch of salt.

80 kph yes ;-)

Gps does some interesting things sometimes - partickly if you spend some time under tree cover or in urban canyons.

Blindly following the Tomtom, my friends wife drove us back from a party in South London once. Instead of staying on the a10 every time the GPS lost reception it would reroute and say turn right four times to bring us back on the a10 again. My friend was too drunk to figure it out, I was too busy laughing to say anything.

My TomTom once did a similar thing in Dorset, taking me off the main A road onto a narrow lane route that brought me back on the A road over a couple of miles further back than I'd been before.
