Dissapointing service from Wisper dealer

It's now two months exactly since I contacted my Wisper dealer about my 905 se sports front forks problem, and despite several phone calls since, by me to them, nothing seems to have been done, despite being told it was being dealt with.
I read so much on here about Wisper's legendary service, (part of the reason for buying one), that I must confess to being extremely dissapointed with the service I have received so far!
