I hope it’s understood by members that we all post in good faith, and that what we are posting is sound and useful, and not liable to damage or endanger. Ultimately though it has to be down to users to check what has been said thoroughly before proceeding.
We have seen a case recently where I member has used our forum and then says he’ll produce kits for sale. This I think puts him in serious danger of being sued if the kits cause issues. I wouldn’t want him to then say that the Pedalec forum had in anyway endorsed it.
