Well, after much googling I converted my Focus Lost Lagoon with a Dillenger rear hub kit. All worked first time - the usual bloody knuckles and bad back from bending down too much - I am getting on! I find my rides much more enjoyable - I travel further and the hills don't get my heart rate going too high. I still use the same effort on my rides - just go further and longer time (I don't get tired so soon)
