That's the first commercial two motor based e-bike i've seen. I'm sure there have been others. Especially home made jobbies.I like the look of this................

No chance I'm afraid, it is 250 watts rating per bike. There's been a number of two hub motor e-bikes created, including one by our own d8veh.That's the first commercial two motor based e-bike i've seen. I'm sure there have been others. Especially home made jobbies.
What's the deal on the legal side though IF both motors were 250watt? Does the law mention the usage of more than one 250watt motor per bike?
Wow!!!!!There's been commercially available ones for several years now. I had to fix one for a guy that bought it from Golden Motor (Chinese). It had two big Magic Pie 750w motors in it and went pretty well, though it was quite heavy.

There was another one by Mosso that looked like it might have been inspired by mine.
There was also a nice light one from Annad, that had two light-weight Keyde motors. It's probably still available.
Here's mine:
Another one that I have:
The triple motored one I built for the World Chapionships (5KW):
The Mosso:
The shopper version of the Annad. There's also a MTBwith the same motors and batteries:
