I have 2 bikes with Swytch conversion kits fitted. I forgot about ensuring the batteries were charged at the recommended maximum period of 90 days and they were left for much longer than that. One battery is good and I charged it, then went for a ride - no problems. The second battery appears stone dead. I tried charging it but no joy. I pressed the ON/OFF button for 30 seconds (as recommended somewhere) but again no joy. Can anybody make any recommendations how I can kick start the 'dead' battery ? The battery is rated 180Wh, 36v.

The only thing you can do is take the battery out and open it up to measure the cell voltages on the BMS. If you don't want to do that, chuck it and get one from aliexpress the same size to fit in the bag.
