hi sorry new to this have put on a few pics of the bike and the unit cant seam to get the unit to run the bike with twist handle so was wondering if there is some unit i could get to replace it and make the dam thing work

Test the throttle wiring at the controller, set your meter to 20v dc.
Probe the throttle wiring at the connector,poke them in at the rear of the connector if you can't get a good contact shove a pair of needles in first.
Measure between Gnd/Black or Yellow and 5v/Red or Brown usually, it should be 5v or near as. Then Gnd and signal the third wire, should see 1v still connected when you operate throttle you should see 4 -5v. If not hall sensor is bad and needs replacing or a new throttle.

thanks for your help i am not an electrician but there again not a div so understand what you have said will give it a shot tommorow thank you so much for your response may need you again later for more help if i get stuck hope that will be ok Thanks Dave
