My brother has a Cyclotricity Stealth 1000w, and I believe his controller has died. No power to screen or anything

Ive found one on Amazon, its a 22A controller, and 48v

The seller states it 750w, ive emailled the seller, who confirms it is 750w.

Is this a language barrier or am I missing something?!?

22A x 48v = 1056w?

Can someone suggest a place to get a 1000w controller for a fair price

Forget the wattage rating as they don't exist, all you need to know is the amp rating of the controller.
KT various on Aliexp.
What Amperage should I be looking for?

As 22A apparently isnt 1000w

25a -30a but depends on the rated battery continuous output.

22a will supply about 800w continuous output at the wheel once efficiency losses are factored in.

No clue in the battery output

But as it was sold as a 1000w bike, I would assume the battery can output 1000w?
