Cyclist killed by lorry driver

Apologies for starting a new thread. I was going to post this on the "Cyclist assaulted by bus" thread, however I thought it may get lost there.

The cyclist involved in this incident was a very good friend of mine. It is an absolute tragedy.

So sorry to hear of your loss flash......and it is indeed terrible that this case was not heard in the Crown court....what on earth has happened with the justice system in this country.
