Summary: Well I would have said that for the money it`s not bad at all but in all honesty cost aside the bike is pretty good. I can`t compare it against the more expensive bikes because I don`t own one but I would be expecting a very big jump in equipment had I paid over £1,000 for an E bike. Of course the cost of any vehicle tends to show itself a bit further down the road when things like chains, tyres, wheel bearings etc need to be replaced maybe a bit sooner on the cheaper end of the market and of course there are the expensive parts like the battery and the electric hub to be considered but only time will tell on that point.I must say that the finish is very good with no runs in the paint and the welds seem strong and tidy.
This was purchased for my wife who will be using it for leisure around the local country lanes rather than commuting and from what I`ve seen so far I would be surprised if she doesn`t get good value from what we paid.

Another 6 or so outings accompanying my wife and I`m amazed at how easy she can keep up with me considering hers is 24V and mine is a 36V. I`ve been back on bikes for longer than her and ride more so I must put it down to the fact that this bike is nice and light being a 17" frame.(or she is a better athlete)What ever, she is still over the moon with the purchase and is starting to get a bit obsessive with it and watches me like a hawk around it:)
Time will tell I suppose!

Overall Rating (out of 10) :
For what she got for her £399 I have to give it 10 but I suppose in reality and even comparing it against my own bike that cost twice the amount it would probably score around 7 but that`s mainly because my bike is a larger frame and just feels more substantial.
