Cut wires to battery?

Hi there, not really had anything stolen but some scrote cut my electric wire that goes from display to battery (main wire) and also the gear wire. Anyone know if its difficult/costly to get them replaced? I have a carrera crossfuse ebike

Depends on what type of wires they are, if it's just coloured wires they can be soldered and then heat shrink sleeving over the joins.

Otherwise it's a case of contacting a Carrera dealer to get the wiring harnesses. Hopefully you won't need to replace the controller.

One suspects something will have shorted and blown when they were cut if battery power was present. If not they can be solderd joined but it ain't going to loook pretty.

lf you are careful, and use heat shrink sleeping over the repair, it will look okay.

Better to replace the cables though if possible
