Hello I am in the process of threading a hub motor into a rear wheel I have used a spoke calculator and the length is 244.4mm ; do I purchase 244 or 245mm length spokes and my original calculation was with 14mm nipples I am assuming I must buy 14mm nipples due to my original calculation ? Everywhere is saying use 13g stainless spokes which I'm assuming is the recommended for an ebike ? Lot of assuming can anyone confirm please many thanks

14g spokes are fine in motor hub builds, I use them all the time. They have a bit more flex and give then 13g and are that bit easier to flex if need be when fitting.
You will find more 14g options then 13g, for all hubs I use Sapim strongs 2mm 14g and buy from https://www.spokesfromryan.com/. He has an Ebay shop but now I buy direct from him.
You will be alright with both sizes as you can get away with 1mm, a lot of tutorials advocate using shorter spokes on the RHS due to any wheel dishing however I have never needed to do so.
