Cube Aero pro pedelec

Hi every one i have taken ownership of 2 Cube pro bikes they have not been used for a long time and i am having problems charging the batteries can any one advise me please. I do have other questions as i am totally new to this cycling world. the batteries are in the seat post and i can not find a pin tool to remove them any help greatly welcome Lester

Cells will likely be either knackered, unbalanced or below 3,0v - 3.1v so BMS won't allow charging.
