Crosscity E battery fault?

Hi All,
My cross city e charger goes from red led to green led, indicating a full charge. The charge indicator on the handlebars ha started showing three leds instead of four leds. Is battery faulty? Bike is 15 months old and has had light use.

Capacity loss due to aging cells i would imagine. Try to use more often might just be out of balance. PS: dont store fully charged battery's for too long, they are best kept around 50% charge.

Charge the battery then measure the voltage about an hour later with a meter to get an exact voltage reading, Red/Green lights tell you little except battery is or isn't charging. Once a known voltage figure is known then it might be possible to ascertain what may be the issue.
