Hi guys I'm new here and I was wondering what the first thing to do or think about when converting from pedal assisted to throttle. I currently have a Cube Reaction Hybrid Performance 500. It is kitted with a Bosch Performance Gen 3 Motor (75Nm) Cruise (250Watts) and a Bosch PowerTube 500 battery. The remote is a Bosch Purion 200 w/ Integrated Display. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Change your bike. No way to bypass the torque sensor.

The only way to do it is to reprogram the walk assist button to give a higher speed, but you need to go to a higher level of Bosch personnel than the dealers to get access to that authorisation to make the change. Unless you have such friends, you should sell the bike and buy one with what you need.

I have ordered stuff to make a secret push-button throttle that will work on any bike with a cadence sensor for pedal assist. As soon as the parts come (maybe next week), I'll post details of how to do it. Cost would be about £1.
