I want to get an e mountain bike. My options are adapt my Carrera mountain bike which I love. Am I right in thinking the ideal way to do this would be with a mid drive system? And can anyone recommend someone who could fit this for me in the East Hertfordshire/Essex/Cambridgeshire or North or East London area?
Or, would I be better off just buying an entry level e mountain bike? I would like to be able to get 20 miles on it. Any recommendations? I would prefer it to be sub-£1k.
Thanks for any advice.

Thanks. I don't suppose your company provides a service to adapt bikes does it? Southend is doable for us.
I doubt woosh will turn you down.

Definitely convert you'll get a better e-bike out of £1k. The kits aren't too difficult to install but you do need to buy a few specialist tools that you typically wouldn't have kicking around in the garage.
