Conversion kit for Voodoo Marasa 2016

Hello all,
the more I read the more lost I feel!
I would like to fit a conversion kit onto a 2016 Voodoo Marasa 700c. I'd like to start commuting on it (from time to time) roughly 15 miles each way:

I plan to buy the kit using the cycle to work scheme and have been looking at the Woosh conversion kits. I am very out of shape (16st) but want to do some work, so I want to use it as pedal assist rather than just let it drive me.
My questions are:
- will 250w do?
- mid drive vs rear hub?
- 36V vs 48V?
- 13Ah enough? I can charge at work, no problem...

- will 250w do?

yes. The 250W is just the guarantee that the motor won't overheat. You are allowed to exceed that level briefly when climbing hills. The maximum output is 36V*17A * efficiency, around 0.6 when climbing hills. With 48V, 48V*17A * 0.6

- mid drive vs rear hub?

it's up to you. Hubs are cheaper.

- 36V vs 48V?

48V is always more flexible with torque.

- 13Ah enough? I can charge at work, no problem...

if you are an average rider, 13AH battery is good for 30-35 commuting miles (slightly higher consumption than tourist miles).
Some people get 50 miles out of the 13AH battery.

Go 48v if starting from scratch, consider the TSDZ2 if you want a bit more exercise over a hub, hub will give a more relaxed ride as you don't always need to be in the correct gear and can simply apply more current /torque by upping the assist/ PAS level.
Mid drive slightly easy to fit low CofG with in frame battery, though you loose all but 8 or 9 gears.

I am trying to find the TSDZ2 under cyclescheme but it's proving quite difficult... Unfortunately Woosh don't work with them...

I just confirmed with my employer that Woosh is a no go. So I think the next best option is the Cyclotricity rear hub 250/1000W. Are there any other 48V kits for the same price range?

Cool, but the problem is still the same - no cyclescheme... I'm having trouble finding anything within this price range with 48V that would be comparable.

Yeah, if it wasn't for that I would go with the TSDZ2 from Woosh. People seem to be very happy with their support (Woosh) and with this kit.

Don't skimp on the battery. That controller pulls 30 amps, so you need a battery rated at around 40 amps, which means a big high capacity one or one with high discharge rate cells, like Samsung 30Q. Those motors are only efficient when you get them up to speed and they'll draw maximum current for a lot of the time while accelerating. You should calculate on 10 Ah capacity for each 10 miles of range you need.

I think you're going to be surprised by the weight of that thing when it arrives!

How would that work? I would buy Halfords vouchers through cyclescheme?
Also, I jumped the gun and decided to buy the TSDZ2 48V 750W from Aliexpress, planning to buy the battery through cyclescheme - maybe I'll try this method to buy it from Woosh!
