Some time ago I visited Blankenberge in Belgium - where they have lots of weird and wonderful cycle-based vehicles, tricycles, quads, hexes, and this monster...
Couldn't help thinking that adding some electric traction would be great fun! So long as you were not restricted to 250W - perhaps 250W per wheel?
(Probably just as well that not all the steering wheels actually seem to do anything! Also, the photo could be from De Paan or Oostende. Couldn't quite work it out.)
