I am not very good with computers, I use Google as my homepage. Now, when I select google, it comes up but only about three quarter size. There is a margin at the top, and on the left side, where I can still see part of my desktop. If I select Internet explorer instead, it come up full screen. Any idea?

When you say 'you use Google' - do you mean the Chrome Browser? If so, it just sounds like your Chrome window isn't maximised any more. Have you tried starting it and clicking the little 'maximise' control?
Yes I mean Google chrome browser. I cant click the maximise button because it has disappeared off screen to the right , along with the minimise button and the "close" button.
