Dear Jerry,
Kindly inform you that your two packages were sent out on 18th Oct. 2012 and the tracking number are *** and *** by China Post.
But I should let you know the condition below:Recently our country is going to change the national leader. In order to keep safety and stability during the transition of national leadership, the government has ordered postal service and Customs Office to be more strict with packages going in or out of our country. As a result, the Customs Office has been checking every package leaving for foreign countries.
So the shipping time of your package will be longer than normal, estimate 7-10 days delay. Pls kindly note this and be patient about the long shipping time. I will be very appreciate with your kindness.
And any more questions about the items, just contact us freely. Thank you.
Regards,
Helen

I guess it could still be battery related in that they are searching every package.

Jerry

Yes Eddie I think the poor English often gives that impression on first reading.

However they have over 1000 sales and 99% positive feed back. I remain optimistic :)

Ny new battery only took about two days from when they shipped it and the same for some controllers I just ordered, which took less than a week from ordering. That's a record for BMSBattery.

Gosh, sounds like a country on the edge and a government gripped by paranoia! I've been reading a lot lately of civil unrest across large areas of China and especially in Kong Hong where there is outright demonstrations and protests calling for independence..they're even holding up Union Jacks! The Chinese gov is doing their best to stop this getting picked by Western media but it's getting out.

Chinese suppliers must be tearing their hair out with this sort of thing going on. Business is tough enough at the best of times without this sort of government provoked problem. It's the last thing that country needs at present, given the current difficulties in their economy.

It's good to see that some are doing their best to maintain an excellent service in spite of the difficulties though.
