Child seat for the big bear

I've gone for the woosh bug bear. Every now and then I will have my grandson , what seat for a two year old?

How do you get on a crossbar bike with a child in the child seat?

Many years ago we had a child front seat on a crossbar; it was easy enough to get a leg over the bar between the child and the saddle (easier than it is for me 35 years later to get over our tandem crossbar without any children getting in the way).

We also had rack child seat on other bikes, also no issue.
