Cheap bike for sale - London

I don't have space at home and I need to get rid of many things now. I have plenty of projects ideas, but I can't do more than a couple at a time.

A dawes 26" bike for £49:

Working perfectly well.

A phillips electric bike to get as project:

I removed the lead acid battery and planned to put 100 * 18650 cells inside. It can become a nice electric bike with new battery / controller and motor. But unfortunately, I don't have space and I have to sell it :/

What's the frame size on the Dawes, please?

It looks like a 47cm frame, 26" wheels. You measure the seat tube from the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube.

That's right, from the radial point of the crank/bottom bracket
