I want a cheap conversion for the school run. 6 mile round trip.
I was looking at ordering something like this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254630141528?hash=item3b49239e58:g:o~YAAOSwdQdgXVOX
Along with a low capacity battery https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393520593789?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&var=662330977939&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649

The aim is to keep it as cheap as possible. The wheel is 27.5” so that’s ruled out the yose kit.
I’d welcome any opinions or advice from the more knowledgeable, I’ve only ever converted one bike.
Thanks

Thanks but I thought 350w wasn’t road legal? They don’t do a 250w version for 27.5” front or rear.
Yes, they are technically illegal, although identical to other motors marked at 250w, it's a marketing thing. As long as you comply with the 15.5 mph assisted speed restriction, you would be very unlucky to land in any trouble, but this is obviously your own decision to make.
