Changing parameters speeed app

I was wondering if anyone has used this app to increase the top end speed of a bafang bbs01 ? If so how did it work out ?

Generally, you can change the speed limit from the handlebar display - you don't need the Android or PC app for that. The apps are useful/needed for changing the amount of current applied in each level of assist as well as the number of assist levels, how that power is applied etc.
