This topic has been mentioned before in these pages but it received a mention also in a show I attended last evening.
The MC described several examples but the one which sticks in my mind this morning is the word "Suffragette." Most of us are probably familiar with that term as used to describe some of our womenfolk in the early years of the 20th century.
The new meaning evidently = To fly Ryanair!
