I've had the bike just over a month, but recently i've had the chain slip off the Guide Jockey Pulley. I was wondering if i could get a hand on how to adjust it so that this doesnt happen. The chain is ending up on the sprocket side (towards the gears if that's the right saying).

Hi Yusstay

Sorry to read abut the problem.

The chain should certainly not be slipping off the guide jockey, please contact your supplier and they will make the necessary adjustments for you.

If there is still a problem, we will replace the gears.

Please let me know how you get on?

Best regards

David

I managed to fix it, seems the guard that was holding the chain in place on the pulley was slightly bent when looking at it from behind. I just got squeezed them back together and it's sorted.

Thankgod though, my dealer is in the SE of England and Im up the NE of Scotland.
