They are pretty good like that. No quibble refund if you send stuff back unused within a year to I think they say. I’ve sent parts back a month later when my plans changed and got my money back.

Just to be really really clear, it's only on purchases over £99 so you need to spend big to get it
And that's doubley annoying as when I joined it was on all purchases, then they went and changed it to £99+
Even so I still think it's a good store and my first point of call when buying bike stuff (& eBay of cause)

nothing is too much trouble from sending back stuff too any other problems that arise
others are good too just second in line
