Chain Reaction Warranty issue

Happy customers don't always leave reviews but sometimes people who have had problems leave good reviews because the issue has been resolved well.
I'm afraid I'm the other sort - I've had a problem, it hasn't been resolved and now I am asking for a replacement or refund.
Short story is that I left the bike in for repair 6 weeks ago. It took them three weeks to send it to Cube and it still isn't back. The bike was less than 4 months old when I left it in.
Communication from CRC was poor. It took them over 4 weeks to contact me, and that was only because I managed to get an email address. Strange as they took my details when I bought the bike and had phoned me before I bought it...

I contacted Citizens' Advice Bureau and they said that 6 weeks was too long and I was well within my rights.

It's peed me off - I was really enjoying using the bike and this has taken the sheen off it. It certainly feels like poor service.

My guess is that they will refuse to refund or replace but we will see
