First time poster, long time browser here. Grateful for advice please. I have a Carrerra Subway E with SR Suntour HESC rear hub motor. I'm getting Error 21 (Torque sensor). Manual tells me to check the sensor cable. This model doesn't have the ATS torque sensor attached to the chainset so am assuming the speed/torque sensor is located inside the hub motor? Grateful if anyone can confirm this and suggest suitable fault finding procedure and possible remedy? Photos attached.
