Carrera Crossfire eBike

Hi Guys, I need your help! I bought my Carrera Crossfire eBike from Halfords 2 months ago and its fantastic. However, I have two gripes with Halfords. First I suspect they didn't set-up the gears correctly and occasionally they leap from 7 to 9 which can be dangerous. However, my main complaint is that they didn't set the correct time on the TFT display!! Does anyone know how to do this? Nothing on youtube or anywhere in the internet. Nothing in the bike manuals I downloaded from Halfords either. The guy at Halfords who would know I am told is not at work today and will call me tomorrow. I won't hold my breath.
