Carrera Crossfire-E in the rain

Since buying my Carrera Crossfire-E I have managed to avoid the rain and usually only light showers hit the bike. Anyway, the weather looks like rain for the coming days and was wondering if the battery and all the other electricals on the Carrera Crossfire-E were rain proof? Please advise.

I would ask Halfords first, to see where you stand with any warranty issues.

A bin bag and a couple of bungees should stop you from having to worry about it.

Rode my Crossfire-e into work today, started off drizzle, but was lashing it down after half way, so 15 mins of solid rain. Bike didn't skip a beat, no problems at all, and I haven't got any of it covered up, apart from mudguards I have fitted yesterday (good timing)

Love this bike so much, it's just brilliant in every way
