Carrera Crossfire battery key

I'm trying to get a new key to replace lost keys for a Carrera Crossfire, I spoke to Halfords who told me to go to the Abus website and order one, only problem is I don't know what type of key is it, and it's required information to order, can anyone help with type of key?

What's the serial number of the bike? Look on the steering head and under the bottom bracket if you don't know where it is?

The easiest and cheapest way to deal with it is to buy a set of jiggler keys from Amazon/Ebay/Aliexpress, which can nearly always unlock ebike batteries. Once you have it unlocked, remove the battery, dismantle the lock and remove the tumblers so that you can operate the lock with any key or a screwdriver, then you won't have to worry about losing keys again.
