Car failed to start. Electronics saying a myriad of faults.
Joule Prism stepped in and saved the day. First commute of the year!

My legs had lost some of their "tone" :) but it was great to whizz along against the wind.
Envigorating! :)

Got a friend to have a look at my car and he said it started first time when he tried it.
No faults!
It has happened before and funnily enough it was also cold and frosty that morning so I think that as the sun warmed up during the day, it made my car feel "nice" again!
Weird these automobiles!! :)

It was just giving you the push you needed to stop being lazy and use the bike :p :)

What do you make of the Joule Prism, a good ride? They're based quite near me and they are shall we say 'distinctive' in appearance.

With the nuvinci it is so intuitive to ride, just a tweek and you hit the sweet spot and you feel the power. It feels solid and very positive.
Only downside is that at 29kg if the battery dies, which it has once because I forgot to charge it, it is hard to pedal. Won't make that mistake again :)
22 to 25mph on the flat, easy cruising :)

NuVinci's are AWESOME! I just installed mine last night (actually, I rode it around the yeard at 1AM o_O, with no brakes), got it more sorted tonight, and have just spent 30 minutes riding around the yeard again - have brakes now, but no lights, and it's pitch-black by the time I'm half down the drive.

Anyway, the NuVinci is so easy, you almost can't do anything wrong, and it's so simple. I've got boxes of old deraillier I can bin now (until the NuVunci has a meltdown anyway!)

I's hate to think what mine weighs now... this morning I was 22KG lighter than at Christmas, so the bike weight can go up to "compensate"! :D
