HELP NEEDED (please)

I bought what looks like a Cyclamatic GTE Step-Through Electric Bike (no maker marks but identical) off E Bay last November. My daughter tried it out and it worked fine. It is in beautiful condition and hardly used. As we were moving house it ended up stored over the winter. When I got it out, there was no way it would start. I took the battery to a battery shop, they tested the charger and the battery - changed fuses in the battery. All fine. Charged the battery - fully charged and holding. Still absolutely no sign of any power getting through to the bike - a dead electric bike - no fun and very heavy. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks - Duff Newby.

Check that the brake levers haven't got a knock in the move and are acting as cutoffs even though they don't look as though they are pulled back.

Lithium batteries shouldn't be stored without charging over long periods, they should be charged at least ever three months and preferably every two. Yours must be suspect now. Having a static voltage is meaningless, it must stay high under load as power is applied.
