Can't find 18 inch tyre - please advise

Hi - I want to change the tires om the front wheels of my trike. I have been riding 60 kms 4 times a week for a couple of months with my Schwalbe Racers 18x1.5 and had two punctures so far.

However, the winter season is coming up and while I managed to find a 20 inch studded tyre for my rear wheel (the Innova Snow Fox) - there is no such thing as a studded 18" tyre anywhere. The Schwalbe tyre is really wearing down fast and I need something with a bit more bite for braking on snow. The Schwalbe Tryke tires stop at 20" as well.

In fact, the Racer tyre seems to be the only 18 x 1.5 in existence!?!?

Does anybody have a pointer to a brand that makes an 18x1.5 inch tyre with a higher profile?
