April 11, 201511 yr Saw this at a Vintage bike event in Barnstaple today. He usually tows it with a Brompton and then puts the Brompton in the canoe to paddle up the river. Great idea. Crate in the middle is for his dog.
April 13, 201511 yr I'll tell you what. Without the washing line to hold on to, that canoe is going to topple with the weight of the bike that high. Should we tell him?

April 13, 201511 yr He should at least take the battery off and put it into a waterproof container otherwise it will fizz a bit when it goes in the water. The rest of the bike can be fished out with a good grapnel and then dried out as long as it's not salt water.
