I am thinking of buying a Zephyr from Woosh. It comes with a swx02 motor. If i wanted to upgrade that down the line, how feasible would it be? Would it be a huge task to change up the motor/controller? Does anybody have experience with this at all?

the motor on the woosh zephyr is Bafang SWX02 with internal Hall and speed sensor.
You can replace it with like for like (with internal Hall and speed sensor), another motor that has standard 9-pin connector, such as the XF08C which is a bit lighter or the new ultra light (sub 2kgs) RMG370.

OK great, thanks for your reply, In terms of speed, would changing the samsung battery it comes with to something with more amps give me much of a boost? Or would it be better to think about upgrading the motor?
I weigh about 16 stone and I'm just concerned that i might weigh a bit too much to get the most out of it.

A battery with more ah will only give you more range and hold the voltage a bit higher for longer, if you need more boost /pep then you have to look at battery and controller upgrade. Motor wise the SWX02 is a capable beast, only the original CST or BPM hub will be more robust.
Other geared hubs to consider are Aikema or the Yose hub, but again the Yose hub I believe is only a rebadged Bafang 120mm hub.

You don't need to upgrade that motor. It can do a lot more than what it's being asked to do in that bike. It's the battery and controller that are the limiting factors.
