Can you recommend a frame replacement ?

My frame has died and I need to replace it. However, on one bikes have long stopped making the Pompetamine. Many months of ebay searching has been fruitless.

I'm not mechanically technical enough to know which other frames would do the job and take ALL my components

Can anyone help ? Appreciated it isn't ebike specific but I'm not on other bike forums and the depth of knowledge here is amazing

The spec sheet from the original invoice is below. All I've done is added front hub, suss post and a Brooks saddle and Marathon plus tires

Any help much appreciated. I'd like to stay with a steel frame if poss
