Can I create a sub-forum?

I like to create a sub-forum like the Electric Bike Reviews with a Sticky template ..I'd like to have one called Electric Bike Cam Reviews with a template containing ...
Product, price, mount, Review, Utube Ref, Photo

e.g.
Product: CAR DVR
Price:16.99
Mount: Tribar
Review: Not bad, a bit shaky
Utube Ref:
Photo:

Can I do this myself?

I doubt it kitchenman. You could perhaps suggest it to Russell Scott, our administrator.

Only trouble with so many forums though is that some have had to be put in a separate thread where they can get ignored, as you see here in the stickies folder

thanks flecc. I'll send a pm to Russ and see what he thinks ...It would be interesting to see which forums/sub forums people visited the most. I know when I first joined I wrote a review in the electric bike review, posted a couple of things in the charging post, and contributed to a Poll on commuted milage.... but mainly I post and check the Electric Bicycles sub forum. I'm sure there is still lots to discover.
