Anyone know where I can buy a waterproof motor ? At least 150w but preferably more - small size is key though

The only thing that I can think of is an electric outboard motor.
They run with the motors submerged.

Yes, the low cost Minn Kota range of four very low cost 12 volt electric outboards goes from circa 150 to 300 watts net power.

Otherwise I have run a new Panasonic crank unit under water without problems since they are very well sealed, but that's far more than just a motor of course.
